REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS

Buena Vista High School only has the last 3 graduating years

All other years please call District (909) 628-1201 X7768

  • Email: holly_tucker@chino.k12.ca.us request to the records office for an Unofficial Transcript to be emailed or mailed. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Electronic – sign up with Parchment Learner Account this process will be released and delivered to you or colleges within 5 business days. 
    or

    Hard Copy - Email request to the records office and provide your name and address OR the name of college(s) you would like to receive your Official Transcript. Requests will be mailed within 5 business days. This process may take an additional 7-10 days for colleges to receive your transcript.

     

    Tip: If you have an immediate deadline, it is recommended to use Parchment.
